Our Core Values that inspire and challenge us as we move forward into the future God has for us:
Jesus Centered
Jesus is the core of our existence. We praise him for what he has done for us. We are biblically based. The joy of the Lord is our strength.
Religion Free
We are grace based: Christianity is primarily what God has done and is doing for us, not what we do for God. It is a relationship with a living, loving, and leading God.
Adventurous
We are called to live courageously in the world. We are on an adventure, playing it safe is not our purpose.
Human
We are not a perfect church filled with perfect people. We are a family that is messy, informal, and desires to be changed into Christ's loving image. All are welcome at LTCPC: Because Nobody is Perfect, and Anything is Possible with Jesus.
Faith
Faith is at the heart of everything we do. We believe in the transformative power of faith in Jesus Christ, which inspires us to live lives of purpose, compassion, and service. Our faith is nurtured through regular worship, prayer, and study of the Scriptures.
Community
Community is central to our mission. We are committed to building a strong, supportive, and loving community where everyone feels welcome and valued. We believe that by fostering genuine relationships and providing a space for friendships, we can grow together in faith and service.
Service
Service is an expression of our faith in action. We are dedicated to serving our local and global communities through acts of kindness, charity, and justice. Our service projects and outreach programs are designed to meet the needs of those around us and to demonstrate God's love in tangible ways.
Inclusivity
Inclusivity is a fundamental value of our church. We believe that all people are created in the image of God and are worthy of love, respect, and dignity. Our church is a welcoming place for individuals of all backgrounds, cultures, and identities. We strive to create an environment where everyone can participate fully in the life of the church.
Spiritual Growth
Spiritual Growth is a lifelong journey. We are committed to providing opportunities for individuals to deepen their relationship with God and to grow in their understanding of their faith. Through worship, education, and spiritual practices, we support each other's spiritual development.
Compassion

Stewardship
Stewardship is our responsibility to care for God's creation and to use our resources wisely. We are committed to being good stewards of our time, talents, and treasures (monies), and to using them to further God's work in the world. This includes environmental stewardship, financial responsibility, and the careful management of our church's resources.
Worship
Worship is our response to God's grace and love. We gather regularly to worship God through prayer, music, and the study of Scripture. Our worship services are designed to be meaningful and inspiring, helping us to connect with God and each other.
Justice
Justice is a core aspect of our faith. We believe in the importance of standing up for what is right and advocating for those who are marginalized and oppressed. Our church is committed to addressing issues of injustice in our community and beyond.
